By accessing or using the Areef platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. ### 1. License and Access Areef grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for your internal business purposes related to outbound communications. ### 2. Acceptable Use and Legal Compliance You are strictly prohibited from using the platform to: - Violate any local, state, national, or international laws, including but not limited to telemarketing regulations (e.g., TCPA, Do Not Call registries) and privacy regulations (GDPR, KVKK). - Contact individuals without a lawful basis or explicitly required consent. - Transmit any unlawful, harassing, or deceptive content. ### 3. Sole Responsibility of the Customer Areef is solely a technology provider. You, the Customer, are fully and solely responsible for all content transmitted, the legality of the contacts uploaded, and ensuring you have the appropriate rights, opt-ins, and consents to contact the leads. Areef accepts no liability for your campaigns. ### 4. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Areef and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including regulatory fines or legal actions brought against you by third parties resulting from your use of the service. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or compliance with your local laws. ### 5. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold Areef harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or fines (including governmental penalties) arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of applicable laws. ### 6. Termination We may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, poses legal risk, or is harmful to other users of the service, us, or third parties.
